Mike is well versed in the insurance industry, and holds a Property & Casualty license as well as a Series 6 & 63. Mike has firmly established the Property & Casualty department at Beach Financial Group and specializes in Commercial/Business insurance. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Mike spent 14 years in the video game & software industry in various Supply Chain capacities. In those roles he managed departments of dozens of employees and was responsible for budgets in excess of $30 million. At various times he was responsible for manufacturing, transportation, distribution, order/returns processing and vendor management.
His previous work experience includes supervisor at a marketing firm, sales & account management for a disposable medical devices and later for a medical device hardware supplier, and spent a couple years conducting lectures on ports of call in the cruise ship industry. In addition to his insurance credentials Mike is a graduate of Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
